The Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) is an award-winning premier conference, events and entertainment venue, strategically located in the heart of the town with breathtaking views of its renowned coastline. 

BIC has served as a truly multi-purpose venue, boasting the largest licensed capacity on the South Coast, accommodating up to 10,000 visitors. With four main auditoriums, the BIC is versatile enough to host multi-hall conferences, exhibitions, meetings, large music concerts, and dance and comedy performances.

The challenge

The BIC required a state-of-the-art WiFi solution that could surpass their existing internet provision and meet the diverse needs of their clientele. They needed a network that was not only robust and flexible but also legally compliant and capable of delivering a top-notch user experience.
