Transforming the NHS with your help

At SPARK TSL, we're lucky enough to be enacting real change across the healthcare industry. Whether it be revolutionising patient entertainment or digitising the provision of clinical services, we strive to deliver innovation that makes life easier for patients and staff. But as we grow, we want to ensure that we continue to deliver solutions that solve the real and changing pain points of the industry.  

In 2021 our parent company, Volaris, acquired the patient entertainment provider Hospedia. This acquisition meant that SPARK TSL assumed control of Hospedia’s operations and worked the Hospedia estate into its roadmap to dramatically reconfigure the way patient engagement is delivered across the NHS.  

In a webinar laying out the acquisition, the new SPARK TSL elaborated on a three-year vision in which it would eventually deliver a digital engagement suite free at the point of use.  

Whilst that vision is overarching across the near future, the way the SPARK® platform grows needs to be in a way that responds to the needs of staff as well as patients.  

To do this, we need the help of the industry as a whole. We can only try to understand the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients and because of this we need to work alongside you to guarantee what you need is translated into change.  

That's why we're establishing a Special Interest Group made up of healthcare professionals from across the field to generate an array of ideas and responses to innovation questions. Regularly convening to converse and grow, we would like to work in a way that aligns with your schedules.  

Meeting virtually, to begin with, we hope to establish a shared goal and plan for future meetings in a way that works best for the group.
